AuraStella prides itself on our
handcrafting and workmanship of the materials we choose for inclusion
in our products. Occasionally, however, in spite of our efforts,
a defect may occur. Because customer satisfaction is our number
one priority, we offer the following Customer Satisfaction Quality
Guarantee.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
Should a piece of AuraStella jewelry
be discovered to have a defect in the workmanship or materials,
it may always be returned for replacement, as long as the proof-of-purchase
original receipt accompanies it. The returned item will be replaced
with an identical item. In the event the item is no longer available,
the customer may choose an item of equal or greater value. If of
greater value, then the price differential shall be charged to the
customer, and appropriate sales tax will be added. Shipping costs
incurred to send the item to AuraStella are not refundable. This
policy does not apply to normal wear nor safety chains. A $5.00 lifetime Warranty Processing fee applies to all returns once the initial 30-day guarantee expires. All returns
are subject to inspection by our qualified silversmiths. If a returned
item is found not to be defective, it will be returned with a letter
of explanation.
Exchange and Refund Policy
If you would like to exchange your
AuraStella purchase for an item of equal or greater value for any
reason, you may do so within the first 30 days of ownership. If
the item is of greater value, then you will be asked to pay the
difference, plus the applicable sales tax. If, during the same 30
days, you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may do
that as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
